IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return a product for a refund or exchange for any reason, please call us first. We cannot be responsible for any returns sent back to us without a return authorization. If the return is for any reason other than shipping damage, defect or receipt of a wrong item, the buyer will be responsible for all original and return shipping charges. A refund will be issued only after our warehouse has inspected the returned item or items.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND. Any item returned must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. If there is any evidence that an item has been "used" or if the item is returned broken because it is not packed properly, return authorization will not be given. A refund will not be issued on any item returned to us after 30 days from the day of purchase. If an item is returned after 30 days, a store credit will be given, provided the item is returned in original condition.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS. We cannot allow any returns on personalized items, except in the case of an error in the personalization, in which case we will issue a replacement at our cost.

SHIPPING DAMAGE. Check your items immediately upon receipt. If any of the items you purchased was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will pay for the return shipping on a damaged item, but damage claims must be made within 7 calendar days or a return authorization will not be issued.

DEFECTS. We have very high quality control standards and will not ship any items that do not meet our standards of excellence. If, however, you feel that your item is not in excellent condition, please call us immediately. You will be asked to return the item at your expense. If upon receipt of your return we agree that the item is defective, your return shipping costs will be refunded to you and we will issue a full refund or replacement of the item.

LOST IN TRANSIT. If you do not receive your shipment within two weeks of placing your order, please contact us so we can track your package. If your order is lost by the shipper, we will issue a refund or replacement.
